Chavez, PA-C received her Physician Assistant degree from Red Rocks Community College Physician Assistant Program in August of 2006. She also received her undergraduate degree from Red Rocks Community College. Tracy was born and raised in Denver, CO and has lived in the Arvada area for the past 11 years. She is married and has three daughters who attend high school and middle school in the Arvada area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, music, and arts and crafts projects. Tracy is honored to start her career as a Physician Assistant with Sports and Orthopedic Rehabilitation.
